Ferndown Powder Coatings Ltd was established Sept 2001. The original owner had over 30 years experience, and has now passed it onto his sons.  We have been thriving ever since! We pride ourselves in our quality, speed of turnaround and extreme value for money. Our staff are all very vigilant on quality control, checking the work thoroughly before packing it securely ready for delivery back to the customer.

   

We are based on the large, and easily reached, Ferndown Industrial Estate in Dorset, just off of the A31 which is the main route into the South West of the UK. Our unit is on the main road of Ferndown Industrial Estate and easy to find.

We specialise in Powder Coating using our two box ovens, the largest of which is 7 meters long x 3.5 meters wide x 3.5 meters high. This is one of the largest box ovens in the Dorset and enables us to cater for customers with very large items.

Ferndown Powder Coatings have two spray booths each with it's own oven, running continuously throughout the day. There is a large, secure yard providing ample drop off space, and plenty of storage.

​

We are especially proud of our new paint stripping and alloy wheel refurbishment service. This has proved to be extremely popular!

Alloy Wheel Refurbishment, Wet spraying, Sandblasting, Paint stripping, cleaning in our Vixen Spraywash and Phosphating machine, Chemical pre-treatments and a pickup and delivery service.
