Our Services

Powdercoating
Powder coating is free-flowing, dry powder. The coating is applied electrolytically and is then cured in one of our box ovens to allow it to flow and form a "skin". The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.

Alloy wheel refurbishment
First we strip any old paint off of the alloy wheels in our chemical stripping tank. Any curb damage and scratches are repaired, and then the wheels are powdercoated to your choice of colour.

Wet painting
Wet spraying is used to coat any surface, varying from furniture to cars. This comprises of a typical spray painting gun, pressurized paint container, compressed air system and flexible tubes. The most important equipment used in wet spraying is the air spray gun.

Sandblasting Tank
Sandblasting or shotblasting is the operation of cleaning or preparing a surface by forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against it. It is a very successful way of removing all old coatings and ensures a good surface for powder adhesion.

Perfect for smaller items & alloy wheels.

Chemical paint stripping
Chemical paint stripping is a highly effective way to strip off all old paint. It can be used to strip anything from wheels to wood. The work is soaked in the chemical stripper, and because it is a liquid form, it gets into all the difficult to reach areas.

Phoswash cleaning machine
This is a fully automated, de-greasing and phosphating machine. It is a superior cleaning system and also very environmentally friendly. This system is ideal for pre-treatment of work as it enables a better paint adhesion.
